A Special Honor for Schloss Vollrads
Schloss Vollrads is proud to receive a remarkable distinction at the International Sommelier's Choice Awards 2026 in the United States. Our 2023 Winkel Rheingau Riesling Kabinett Fruity-Sweet was named "Riesling of the Year."
This award is a wonderful recognition of the passion, dedication, and meticulous care with which our team works in both the vineyard and the cellar. We are deeply grateful for this special honor.
Judges' Tasting Note:
A pale straw-yellow Riesling with aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus blossom, and wet stone. On the palate, it is juicy and beautifully balanced, with vibrant acidity, saline minerality, and a long, refreshing finish.
